For 27 years running, the City of Gaithersburg has hosted a celebration of German culture with the annual Oktoberfest. This year, you can enjoy traditional food and drink while enjoying live performances and entertainment.
It all happens this weekend, October 14, from 12 to 5pm, around the Arts Barn, Kentlands Mansion, and along Main Street and Market Square.
21st Annual Bethesda Row Arts Festival
Recognized as one of the top fine arts festivals in the country, the Bethesda Row Arts Festival in an event no art aficionado should miss. For two days, downtown Bethesda becomes a breathtaking outdoor gallery showcasing the works of over 190 selected artists.
This big-time arts event takes place all weekend, October 13 and 14, from 11am through 6pm, at Bethesda Row.
